欢迎使用“黄果短剧”（以下简称“本应用”）。开发者非常重视您的隐私。本隐私政策说明我们收集哪些信息、如何使用与保护这些信息，以及您享有的权利。使用本应用即表示您已阅读并同意本政策。

1. 我们收集的信息

1.1 自动生成的设备标识

为在无需注册登录的情况下为您保存观看进度、金币与会员状态，本应用会在首次启动时在您的设备本地生成一个随机匿名标识符（device_id）。该标识符不包含您的姓名、手机号或任何可直接识别您本人的信息。

1.2 使用与内容信息

• 观看历史、观看进度、收藏与追剧记录；
• 您主动发布的评论、弹幕内容；
• 金币、签到、会员（VIP）等应用内权益状态；
• 您主动提交的反馈内容及您选填的联系方式。

1.3 广告相关信息

本应用包含第三方广告（Google AdMob、穿山甲 Pangle）。这些广告服务商可能收集广告标识符（如 Android 广告 ID / OAID）、粗略的设备与网络信息，用于展示广告与衡量广告效果。相关处理受各广告服务商自身隐私政策约束：

2. 我们如何使用信息

• 提供核心功能：播放短剧、保存进度、金币与会员权益、评论与弹幕互动；
• 展示与优化广告；

3. 信息共享

除以下情形外，我们不会向第三方出售或出租您的个人信息：

• 为展示广告，向上述广告服务商提供广告展示所必需的信息；
• 为遵守法律法规、法院命令或政府主管部门的合法要求。

4. 数据存储与安全

观看进度、金币、评论等信息存储在开发者的服务器上。我们采取合理的技术与管理措施保护数据安全。数据在传输过程中通过 HTTPS 加密。

5. 儿童隐私

本应用面向成年用户，不面向 13 周岁以下（部分地区为 16 周岁以下）的儿童，且不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

6. 您的权利

• 清除观看历史：在“我的 → 观看历史”中可一键清除；
• 删除数据：您可通过下方邮箱联系我们，请求删除与您设备标识关联的数据；
• 关闭个性化广告：可在系统“设置 → Google → 广告”中重置或限制广告 ID。

我们可能不时更新本政策，更新后会在本页面公布最新版本及生效日期。

This Privacy Policy explains how the "Huangguo Drama" app ("the App") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Anonymous device identifier (device_id): randomly generated on first launch to save your watch progress, coins, and membership status without requiring registration. It does not contain your name, phone number, or any directly identifying information.
• Usage & content: watch history and progress, favorites/following, comments and bullet-chat ("danmaku") you post, in-app coin/check-in/VIP status, and feedback you submit (with optional contact info).
• Advertising data: the App shows third-party ads (Google AdMob, Pangle). These providers may collect advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / OAID) and coarse device/network information to serve and measure ads.

2. How We Use Information

To provide core features (playback, progress saving, coins/VIP, comments), to display and optimize ads, to handle feedback and improve the product, and to keep the service secure.

3. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share the minimum data necessary with the ad providers listed above to display ads, and may disclose information where required by law.

4. Data Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on the developer's servers with reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or 16 where applicable).

6. Your Rights

You can clear watch history in the App (Mine → Watch History), request deletion of data associated with your device identifier by emailing us, and reset/limit your advertising ID in your device settings.
